My mom's and Mason's birthday happen to be within 2 days of each other so this year we decided to celebrate them as a family together. Geoff & I absolutely LOVE Korean BBQ so we decided to share it with the family. They complained about the drive a little since its in LA but they ended up loving the food. It was fun to have the whole family together with such awesome food! Everyone got to try new things and a few were a surprise in taste to some of us ha ha ha. Definitely going to stick to the steak or beef. Pork was pretty much bacon that was a little thicker. The marinated steak is the best with the rice and lettuce and sauces. MMMmmmm. Can't wait to go back!

*The Group Hanging Out in The Cove*

*Lucas & Kim*

This past weekend (Thurs - Sun) I had the privilege of joining Geoff and his family on their annual trip to Lake Nacimiento. The water was perfect temp and the weather was amazing. His brother, Andy, has a wake boarding boat that all 15 or so of us were all able to enjoy. We found a great cove to hang out in while others went out on the boat to go tubing or wake board or surf. I tried tubing for the first time and it was a lot of fun! We found a campsite that had a view to the lake that was awesome. We all had an interesting time setting up camp. A few of us were less knowledgeable on setting up tents lol. We all had a meal assigned to us and I couldn't believe all the yummy food we had! Tostadas, Soup, breakfast burritos, dutch oven cake and of course smores! We had a few little ones with us and they were so well behaved. It was so much fun having them there as well. Geoff and a few of the boys decided to cliff jump of this few story high cliff. It was nuts! Geoff and I got up Sunday morning and taped the sunrise. It was so beautiful. We found the perfect spot where we saw the sunrise come up over the mountain and reflect off the water. It was a perfect ending to the weekend.

Avon Representative

So I am now an official Avon Representative! My mom used to sell it, so it was pretty easy for me to start up and get in the groove of how things work. Its really easy and extra money in my pocket. Everything can be done online in the convenience of my home! Avon issued me an online website that my customers can go to and view the products, order, become a rep themselves or see what amazing deals they can get!

As well as selling Avon products I am also selling Mark. A line of Avon designed to be more geared towards the younger crowd. The fashion and spunk in Mark is not just made for those who are young of age, but for those young at heart. There are so many cute items such as jewelry, make up, purses, clothes, the works!

People like Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Conrad have joined up with Avon and show what their favorite Avon and Mark products are. I'm really excited about my new business venture :)

Be Mine Premier - June 3, 2008

Be Mine premiered on June 3, 2008 and we got to be there :) Geoff and his band as well as me and a few other friends got to extra in this movie. The Band was the life of the party scene. The movie was amazing! It was so much fun meeting new people and watching them film the movie and then seeing the end result. The basic movie plot is that a gay man has never had his first kiss and with Valentine's Day approaching, the pressure just gets more intense. Check out the trailer for the movie at: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Kf0EOH6H4wU

Graduation 2008

So my sister graduated from Santiago High School a few weeks ago. Can't believe she's graduated. But with graduation comes pictures of course. Our good friend Heston did us a huge favor and took some pictures of us. Now both graduated, we had our Letterman's Jackets finished finally and figured we might as well show them off :) Congrats Class of 2008!!!

Memorial Day

Tracey, Mason, Geoff & I decided to head out to Long Beach to spend the day. We started out with the Long Beach Aquarium. I love going here because I love all of the marine animals. It's like a mini Sea World. :) Unfortunately, there were a lot of kids and people due to it being a holiday weekend, so it was not as fun as it could have been but we made the best of it. After the aquarium we headed over to Shoreline Village to wander around and see the sights. Geoff introduced us to a new Iccee concoction. Vanilla ice cream topped with Icee. It was actually really good, I must admit. Unusual but good. After wandering around, we built up an appetite so we decided to head over to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Mason had never been so it was an awesome choice. The food was amazing and our waitress was very entertaining. She definately made the experience that much better. After dinner we decided to go try our luck at the beach and get a fire pit. Amazingly enough there were a few pits left down in Balboa so we enjoyed the fire and Geoff's guitar playing. smores of course are a must at a bonfire. We brought Daisy with us so she kept trying to get a hold of the chocolate. She loves the sand. Its entertaining to watch her run around. She has so much energy! I would definitely say we had a fun filled day.
